County H Tree Farm is a family run business located in southern Door County. 

Our tree farm began in 1989 when we planted our first tree seedlings by hand.  The first trees were harvested in 1999 and our business has grown consistently every year.  Our three children and their families have actively participated in running the tree farm. 

We built our warming building out of cedar stovewood or cordwood in 1996 and decorated it with relics from the past.  The building is constructed entirely out of wood.  A wooden porch adorns the front of the building where fresh hand made wreaths are available.

A few years after opening, we added the gift shop business and pride ourselves on having reasonably priced items. We also have local crafters bring their hand crafted items in for your shopping pleasure.

Later a 1904 horse-drawn sleigh was added in the gift shop.

As you enter the gift shop, you will notice one of our own trees in the center, decorated with old fashioned ornaments or ornaments for sale.

Stop in and see the improvements in the tree farm with a wide variety of Christmas trees and gift shop items this year.  The trees are looking great and we have a very nice selection.

              

Getting the Tree

Saws are available if you need one.  Power saws are not allowed.

All the roads in the farm are named after our grandchildren.

You are welcome to walk or drive in the farm (field conditions permitting).

Bring your camera to capture some memorable pictures.  Supervised pets are welcome in the tree farm!

Upon returning from the field, we will bundle your tree free of charge, if your choose to do so.  You are responsible for tying down and loading your tree.  Twine is available.

Then it's time to have some free hot chocolate in our gift shop!

Happenings

County H Tree Farm has been mentioned in AAA Magazine as a "must see" place to visit in Door County.

There have been two reported "Will you Marry Me" proposals at our tree farm out among the trees!
